Description
"Calm" is the title of this beautiful original acrylic tree painting. The tree has lots of knots in the wood and is painted in complementary shades of browns to show off the texture of the wood. TThe background is palette knife painted in beautifully complementary white, beige, touches of sand with palette knife texture. This work of art is created in a new technique developed by artist Nathalie Van. The tree is sculpted and painted in a 3D detailed method which is super unique and non-repeatable. This is a one of a kind painting.

This painting measures 47" wide and 35.5" tall and is painted on a framed canvas board (with a brushed nickle aluminum frame) about .6" depth with very thick impasto texture. The painting comes framed in a beautiful silver tone contemporary frame and is ready to hang. I developed the medium for the tree trunk texture myself and it’s not something anyone has done as far as I know. I tried to achieve a realistic tree texture in the painting including all the knots and holes in the wood that you would find in nature. You will really want to run your fingers along the branches to feel the amazing detail! 🙂 This is oneofakind wall art, maybe a great gift?
