Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For paintings that are ready to mail out handling time is 2 days, for commissioned or personalized paintings about 1 week.
Shipping
Shipping within Canada is 2-5 business days, Shipping to the USA is 3-7 business days. For most places in Europe and Australia it will be about a week but can be longer. I always mail through insured and trackable Canada Post service and wrap your artwork carefully.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs. I mail with Canada Post so there will not be brokerage fees, and original artwork is duty free to the USA.
Payment Options
I accept paypal, interac email money transfers, or you can mail me a check or money order directly. I prefer paypal because it’s fast and secure and you can use credit cards through them as well.
Returns and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges; contact me within 1 week of delivery
Ship items back to me within 2 weeks of delivery

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders once they are approved for shipping by the customer. I always work on a commission until the buyer is happy and an order can be canceled prior to shipping no problem if I can’t make you happy.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
